My complaint:
Supervisor Steve uses dirty language, mockery, laughing and ridicule towards all his employees. His disposition upon being asked a question is sour, without saying directly he calls his people stupid. He gives attitude, tells people when they can and can’t use the bathroom (can only use bathroom once a shift). Is confrontational at all times. Stops work just to continue verbal abuse and won’t let you get back to work, wasting company time and money until he feels he is finished. Never mind when there is no U-boats to put merchandise and food on to, if there is no boats he wastes time by making everyone look where they had already looked in various departments and gets verbally aggressive when there is none to be found
Suggested solution:
By making sure supervisors and management alike are treating people with respect and properly training while understand that there is no perfect world in which things will always go right and not to take it out and complain to those in lower positions when things refuse to go correctly.
