My complaint:
As a long time shopper, I was surprised at the bad behavior my a manager at the Ossining store yesterday. I had purchased 13 packages of Senior Delectable Bisgue packets for kittys , I believed at this store . I waited 15 minutes for anyone at the customer service desk to arrive after speaking to a representative .When the manager arrived,she asked me for a receipt,which I didn’t have. She scanned the bar code and advised you didn’t buy them at this store . Ok, then it must have been at your North White Plains store. With that, she refused to do an even return and walked away . It took me another 15 minutes for her to return, this time ,she said I will do this only this time. Does Stop n Shop only take returns at the store that a product was purchased at . Very unprofessional customer care.

Since , I have never had an experience like this before, I have no idea. How about a coupon for 13 pouches ?
