My complaint:
Texts me about meds 30 minutes AFTER I pick them up. Doesn’t say what the med is and who it’s for (there are three people under my account).
I saw one med as “in process” on the app. I checked back a few hours later and the med disappeared. I called the pharmacy and learned that they shelved the script because the insurance wouldn’t cover it. They didn’t contact the doctor. The didn’t contact me. They just shelved it until I called to ask why it hadn’t been filled. Then they say it’s ready, but as I’m pulling into the lot I get a call: it’s out of stock. Lie much? They at least were able to transfer it to another pharmacy. 30 minutes after I pick it up I get a text to contact them, as they “have a question” about my prescription. Lol what?
Suggested solution:
1. Fix their messaging system to text me AFTER the script is filled, but BEFORE I pick it up. Tell me what it is and who it’s for.
2. I don’t care what insurance says. FILL THE SCRIPT WHEN YOU GET IT. I will decide whether or not I will pay for it. If you are going to shelve it instead, CALL OR TEXT ME. Again, do this BEFORE I pick up the meds, not AFTER.
3. It used to take maybe an hour or two after sending in a script fill it. Now it’s not unusual to wait 48 hours or more. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
