My complaint:
I spent 2 hours shopping this morning for seniors for my paying job. I had a cart full of groceries and not one register open with a cashier. There were employees going through carts of return items but they said they weren’t ringing. So I was told I had to self check. I scanned and was stopped two times for a person, a human person, to walk over and go through a camera system on the register to make sure I didn’t steal anything. Are you kidding me? Then I bag my own groceries and leave. The customer service was awful, the fact that I was watched after no one would help me was awful. I spend 2-400 weekly there for our facility and will NEVER again.
Suggested solution:
Open real registers, train employees on customer service and pay me for what I have to do.
