My complaint:
In severe weather they had employees outside. Collecting carts, it was weather that nobody should have been out in. They seem to not care about what their employees are going through in bitter cold and freezing temperatures
Suggested solution:
Think about how you would feel if you had to be out in freezing weather. employees do not need to be out in freezing cold weather simply to collect carts change that.
