My complaint:

I did my shopping at the store in Arlington today at 2 p.m. at the checkout. I put the shopping and gifts card to offer for Hollidays for domestic violence survivors in Hyde Park housing in Boston. the cashier was so nice she cashed everything but she scanned the gift card twice and she apologized . I smiled and I said it didn’t matter because I that too much 14 in all so she called on her colleague to help her and to my surprise there employee looks at me with contempt because I have an accent when English is my 3rd language and that’s when she spoke to me very badly asking me for my identity card telling me that my shopping exceeds $ 100 when she must identify my card d identity I told her that I did not have it on me and that in the week do practically the same figure $ 400 and never I was asked for my ID with a disrespectful behavior and with raised wood she began to tell me that it is the rule so I open my bank account on the phone to that it is my bank account . She looked me badly then I showed her the photo of my id in my telephone she turns her head and asks me to follow her like a dog so that I go to another checkout I was looking to the manager and I taled to him about the behavior of the employee . She was was behind him makes faces at me with her eyes and her moves like you have nothing to do to me. I will never set foot there again even I bought the gift card because tomorrow is the storm and I can’t go to another location to buy the card

Suggested solution:

To tech pew pole that the people with accent are not a voleurs like we say in French
