My complaint:
I have had a my Emergency EBT MONEY held up because there was no Gerber BabyChicken and Gravy when i placed my order. I have spoken to 11 people including Supervisor I also called EBT EBT told me that my refund should have been given back to me within 3 hours they also told me they have NO RECORD of my refund being sent to them from Stop and Shop Billing!!! There is NO PLACE on the Stop and Shop Web Site that says EBT takes 3 to 5 days for a return!!!!
Suggested solution:
I want compensation for this say $20 off my next PeaPod order AND I want my EBT credit of $21.77 NOW!!!!! Thank you
