My complaint:
This particular employee was very disgusting. I saw him standing behind the register. Although the light above wasn’t on, he was still standing there. I politely asked him if he was open. He answered me very rudely. While ringing up my items he was throwing them down the conveyor belt with an attitude. When I handed him the money for my items he snatched it out my hand. And then tried to throw my change in my hand when I reached for it. All he had to say was, “No. I’m not open” I would’ve went to someone else. He didn’t have to ring up my items. And he didn’t have to be disrespectful
Suggested solution:
He needs to be reprimanded and out into some type of training for customer service
