My complaint:
I am beyond disappointed with your customer service and payment gateway.
I was trying to purchase a shoe on your website but it kept saying the transaction didn’t go through because of the address. Then, I found that I was charged five times on my credit card for the shoe, without any email notifications or ations of purchase.
Then I receive a very upsetting message from your customer service agent advising me that I was “too late” in reporting the transactions (that I didn’t receive notifications for) and offered me to list them on your platform. Seriously? Making money twice on the items that your system failed to process properly??
I’m not sure this is a good way to build a brand or make money. And it’s definitely unethical. I’m very frustrated that you cost me north of $1,500 Canadian dollars.
This is not acceptable and I urge you to reconsider your decision in the interest of preserving your brand name.
