StockX complaint: Honest mistake that keeps penalizing

My complaint:

1). I was filling a sold order for Jordan 4 Retro Cool Grey (308497-007) and shipped the wrong pair of sneakers (308497-060) Jordan 4 Retro Bred.

2). I realized the mistake immediately and attempted to get the box back from UPS. They charged me $24.90 for a return to sender fee.

3). I tracked it on line (1Z8131R99076414742) and felt uncomfortable that it was still going to their Lithia Springs, GA center. It was delivered to their dock, to LANDER.

4). I used their app to do a chat, opened a case and autobot chatted with Simon, who told me he saw it was delivered and their team would process and return to me. I should hear something in 48 hours. That didn’t happen.

5). I reopened a chat since they have no way to correspond back, got reprimanded because I opened another case and was told not to do multiple conversations. They ended up canceling the ticket and they proceeded to lose track of my shoes. I have emails from them saying because I canceled the service, there is no renumeration. Also, they told me normally I’d be penalized financially for failure to meet order but since it was my first time. They waved it.

6). I told Simon and now William (new chat person) that they could just accept the current bid on the wrong pair sent and send those on And I would resend out the correct shoes. They said leave it all the way it is and wait for “The team” to contact me. They informed me the system couldn’t do this (sell the shoes that we’re delivered) and that they worke would have to be sent back. Again, I have waited a few days.

7). Two days ago, I get an email from William telling me essentially, it wasn’t delivered (contrary to Simon telling me on the 27th of July that he could see it- I have a copy of actual chat conversation), they claim no responsibility, and I should take it up with UPS. I’ve tried, but because I wasn’t the label sender (Stockx was) I can’t do this.

8). Last night (8/9), my Jordan 4 retro bred sold on their website. Once again, I’ve opened a case and told them to cancel that order as they have those shoes and I can’t send them. I will most likely get financially penalized for this and am quite discouraged.

I like the avenue to sell my deceased son’s collection, but am discouraged that you can’t communicate with a real person. Everything is corralled down to a certain format not showing you to share pertinent information.

I want to continue to sell, and get my shoes back (that sold last night for $550), speak to someone to resolve this (did they actually even speak with this Lander?), and maintain my reputation of good sales with them.

Get my shoes back or complete the newest sale for them
