My complaint:
In running my small business with square all I encountered were problems, the hoops I had to jump through to verify they were real legitimate transactions I can understand to a certain point, but after verifying one transactions, taking the kidney and let it all go through they deactivated my account, they didn’t even explain why, they just said they couldn’t support my business, I figure it’s because the customer mistyped the zip code on their card and had to redo it, so instead of explaining anything to me or just denying the transaction, they deactivated me, now my customer is out of the money and won’t receive it via refund until 2-7 working days have passed, even though they can take the money right away and I now look unprofessional AND shady by having to explain all of this to her
