Spectrum complaint: monoply for our tv service.

My complaint:

We moved into our newly built home in November of 2018 with Spectrum being our tv and internet provider. We decided to switch to Dish TV for our television service in February of 2019, disconnected Spectrum and called Dish to install. Dish came out but couldn’t do the install because Spectrum still had the line. We asked Spectrum to free the line, they say they have, and Dish has made two more attempts to connect us but can’t unless Spectrum puts on a splitter. Dish can’t do it. Spectrum refused, most recently on April 28, 2019. The only other option, which we don’t want, would be to let Dish drill another hole through the outside wall for their line.

Suggested solution:

We want Spectrum to come out and put on a splitter so we can hook up to dish, or any other available service.
