My complaint:
I was taking a connecting flight from Burbank to Las Vegas. I was advised that there was going to be a delay in departure. When I went to the Southwest agent and asked him about this they referred me to another agent to see if I could get on another flight. When I went to talk to that agent she told me the flight was full but I should make my connecting flight in Las Vegas without any problem. My flight kept getting delayed and I was paged and told that I would not make my connecting flight. But she told me to check when I got to Las Vegas just to make sure that flight wasn’t delayed. When I got to Las Vegas I asked that ticket agent if that flight was already gone. She advised me that they were boarding. So after running through the airport to try to connect that flight when I got there I was advised my ticket had been canceled. Why would you cancel my flight when there was a chance I could still make it? So instead of getting into St. Louis at 5:45 I finally landed at 11:30. If there was any other airline I can possibly take in the future I will take it. Also your ticket agents didn’t seem to care if I made my flight
Suggested solution:
There should be some kind of compensation for the way I was treated. A travel voucher for future travel would be nice.
