My complaint:

We are under contract with Sixt rent with full insurance and cover and they did not support us ti charge the car . They didn’t give us a card for charger, even that they know that not every charger can make charging directly with credit card or app connected with credit card. We were at charging station of T-electric and were not able to charge. We call their service many time and the say we can not do any thing. We lost flight 3 persons , we payed hotel , we payed taxi from car to hotel and from hotel to car next day , and we payed new ticked for next flight . Next day we called again and after many hours a service come from car dealer not from Sixt and they charged with the same charging station fromT-Electric using their card to start the charger. We lost more than 2300 Euro without counting the psychological and stress on the road till we reach on hotel.attached foto of call having with Sixt rent and we have all flight bill, hotel bill etc

Suggested solution:

We want to be refunded for every expense that we had and psychologist Invoice after we all have been shocked that we have no support how to resolve the issue and no service for charging till we can reach the right charger for payment .
