My complaint:
Purchased a complete security system from Simplisafe (cameras, sensors, etc), but shortly after connecting the exterior cameras, was not satisfied to the quality of picture image.
Called Simplisafe to authorize a return of 4 exterior cameras (well within the return time frame), along with 4 exterior mounts. Items were boxed up, and taken to a UPS store. Items received by Simplisafe a few days later.
On several occasions now, I would check my online banking, to only find ZERO dollars refunded, amount of refund in the vicinity of $500.
Every conversation always ends with Sorry for inconvenience , I will make sure the refund is processed, should receive within 1 – 5 business days.
As of this date, 18 August 2023, I am still not in possession of my refund.
Suggested solution:
I want what is due to me, my refund for the products I returned.
