My complaint:
On numerous occasions I have tried shopping online with my EBT card and everytime I do it, there’s always a problem. I make sure there’s enough money for food in my account as well as delivery charges., And there’s always a problem. If you’re using straight cash no problem. I see a pattern that needs to evaluated for future use of these payment methods. IF they don’t want to use these payment methods then they should just say so
Suggested solution:
Either say they don't want EBT used in they're payments methods or make it more accessible for people to use EBTtowards they're payment methods, in which I doubt they will
