ShopRite complaint: Bad and disrespectful customer service

My complaint:

Returned outdated product at courtesy desk to replace with more current. Made exchange after agent originally balked. Unknowingly I got a bigger size and paid extra 3 dollars ok. Later while shopping i noticed the same size as original and went to courtesy desk to ask that first one be reversed so I could get the same size as originally bought. She said no cause sale was final. What? Anyway i asked why and she said she has been there 15 years and said I was a constant returner of items and I said no way and told her I lived here 5 years and only returned items 2 or 3 times so her story was nonsense. She insisted and spoke very rudely to me in front of other customers. She called a colleague named d Selwyn who fully supported her view and said sale final and walked away.. This is truly disturbing – where talking about a 5 minute reverse transaction and what’s worse she made up a story full of lies. I need for this to be reconciled as I am dedicated customer nad should not be treated this way. I expect to be notified quickly and will remain on top of this until rectification. Hopefully this will be addressed by management. This type of rude and poor service cannot be tolerated. My cell 732 8828363

Suggested solution:

Need to know without any doubt, employees responsible will be admonished for poor behavior, especially in front of other customers.Asked for manager, but of course nowhere to be found and basically ignored afterwards, Have to be believe someone in management will not be happy with this and take appropriate action.

I am not going away until the above happens and hope to hear from a responsible person soon.
