My complaint:

Hello there I am a patient and customer of this location for a few years now and as I must admit the service is hit and miss I have stuck with them do to the fact that it is in my area.

I had 3 prescriptions faxed over to this location on Tuesday to be ready for pick up Weds morning as I was going out of town. I arrived at the location one hour after opening and was told to come back in 30 mins as the medication was not ready. 2 inhalers and 5 predistone pills fairly simple and not time consuming to gather but ok ill come back in 30 mins even tho it was an inconvenience to me.

When I came back 30 mins later they had a hard time finding my order and after a few mins they were able to find it. When I returned home I noticed that they had given me the wrong version of the inhaler I had ordered and more importantly was prescribed to me they substitute the brand name which there is a note on my account for as well as that is what the prescription intilted by the doctor.
I then had to come back to the shoppers a THRID time to get this fixed.

No apology was offered no reason was given as to why they ICNORED the doctors prescription as well as the note on my account for BRAND NAME ONLY. I had to wait around a bunch of sick people while we waited for someone to come do a refund of 3.60 to then charge me 5.13 for the name brand. It is NOT about the money but i woild of thought given the run around and the mistakes made by the location that they woild of just swapped it and made the til short or did a goodwill credit to balance the books and inventory but to my surprise NOTHING. I have to say I work in a high level customer service job and this is NOT good customer service and more importantly given the nature and importance of being a medical provide I woild expect you to have a higher level of awareness and more competent staff but I guess that is hoping for too much cause today I go Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb working.

My whole family gets there prescriptions filled here but make it is time to take all that business to rexall where they will actually listen and treat the customers with respect.
You wasted almost 2 hours of my time today and you have provided service that I woild expect at a dollar tree store not a Shoppers Drug Mart. Furture more when I asked when the owner was is as I woild like to follow up and share my concerns I was brushed 9ff and told maybe next week lol
