My complaint:

Over the past 6 months I have had issues with my prescriptions. They ate compounded elsewhere and received at Shoppers. My prescriptions were not sent out, or I was not informed that one was cancelled. Also not aware that they were in. I was patient. But today I picked up another prescription and wanted to return a Neutrogena sunscreen that was recalled. Pharmacist took 10 min to find the recall on her computer. I was not issued a refund. I was told that Neutrogena took their stock but would not refund the customer??? That’s not my problem. That is Shoppers problem. I will now transfer all of my expensive compounded meds to Rexall. It’s unfortunate because I do enjoy my PC points .

Suggested solution:

I should have been reimbursed for the sunscreen. I’ve already received an apology for prescriptions mishap. Several times. They need to look at staff. Perhaps it comes from their manager or owner. I e also waited in line and watched other complaints. Run very poorly.
