My complaint:
I am a customer of this pharmacy, I had a hard time getting through, trying to understand them, I feel the staff have very bad customer service skills and sometimes mistreat people due to judgments.
I was waiting on the phone in urgent care in the emergency and the pharmacist here stated that nothing was wrong with my script n shoppers drugs mart at 10153 kept stating it was to be laid for $75 – they than gave 3 different answers excuses of how it was not their fault when the social worker called.
Before the social worker called I had the pleasure of knowing ur pharmacist felt she could snap at me because she is busy and the world does not revolve around me which I totally get but when it’s a time sensitive thing with other workers standing waiting to talk with her and her b the other workers decided to snicker n continue making me hold thinking I am just a drug seeking person when that is not the case.
The pharmacist said I am not welcome into shoppers and that she will tell the owner her side of the story but I think I will continue to keep telling mind why also looking for a new pharmacy
