My complaint:
I did an online purchase on May 3 to get their online exclusive offers. Generally, I should get my points in two or three business days after receiving the goods, but I haven’t received any points so far. I contacted their customer service for many times about my issue. On May 29, I received their reply saying that they have referred my case to a Specialist, but today is June 20, and I still haven’t received any reply and solution from the Specialist. I paid, didn’t get the points I deserved, and they didn’t offer any solution for me! Terrible customer service! Such a disappointing online shopping experience at Shoppers!

I've been waiting for a month and 17 days for Shoppers’ solution. I don't want to wait anymore, time is money. Now I'm no longer interested in my lost points, I just want to return what I bought from Shoppers App and get my money back ASAP. That’s all. Thanks.
