My complaint:

Hello i have emailed shopify a number of times. My store was closed due to Covid lockdowns. I reopened the store only to retrieve data and didn’t realise you would start taking fees again. I contacted shopify firstly to fix an issue with the store needing to be verified BUT no one helped or tried to fix the issue only template emails back. Then i noticed payments being taken from my account by you so i emailed for a credit for the last few months payments as we have not been running for well over a year store was closed on pause due to due to lengthy lockdowns in Melbourne Australia we couldn’t sell products. I have now had to delete the website because you keep taking payments and now you took another payment.

Suggested solution:

All i want is a credit for the payments you have taken during 2021 and the recent payment credited back to me. Store is now deleted.

You can see the website has not been active and I have barely had any income due to restrictions and lockdowns in Australia.
