SHEIN complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

I ordered items from SHEIN and never received them and then when I looked at tracking it stated it was delivered but not received. I reached out to shein and asked where my items were and they had asked if I had wanted a refund. I said yes and multiple different reps mentioned that they would investigate within 24 hours and then issue me a refund. Well, each rep never contacted me and just gave me an additional 24 hours. And guess what their investigation is simply looking at the tracking number and not even calling the delivery service to find out where my items are and have them investigate. If investigating is looking at the tracking number and that’s what I already did and contacted SHEIN why did I even bother. Not only did I get passed around like a hot potato and there was no communication after the 24 hours from a few of the reps I initially contacted. The new reps stated they couldn’t issue my refund and basically stole my money! I ordered something a few weeks ago from them. Let me see if I even get those items but I am no longer ordering from SHEIN.

Suggested solution:

Pay me my refund and get better at customer service inquiries and actually investigate versus do stuff the customer has already done. You customer service team never follows up on delays, missing packages and refunds and that’s horrible. Instead you make the consumer do all your work for you! If I do not get my refund I will be contacting my credit card company.
