My complaint:

I submitted one order with 32 items , specially with bday party supplies to be delivered in between 810-1110 according to their website .
It’s a very special occasion a birthday party and I manage to plan accordingly… on the 11th I contacted the customer service online which I was told by a lady that until 15th is gonna be delivered..
today is the 14th and I didn’t receive any response call nothing to let me know about my order .. I decided to call the customer service in Dubai where they just cancel my order , not reveling the tracking number , not letting me speak with the supervisor customer service , not even trying to reach out for the orders..

Suggested solution:

You should called the customer to provide any delays that it’s happening between those arriving dates and assure that they get the information on time and have time to decide to cancel or not the items ..
compensate with points for the inconvenience issued by your employee

Make sure you attend better the customer service
