My complaint:
My complaint is that mod are not doing there job on 2nd shift! Bathrooms, fizz city and coffee stations are left empty and Bathrooms unattended! EVERY SINGLE SHIFT! I Understand it gets busy, but when I come in and 3 people are at the front end gossiping ect, there is no reason why it can’t be done! Also leaving dishes that haven’t been scraped or soaked
Suggested solution:
Make time 2nd shift, they have enough people
