My complaint:

I am tired of all the run around I’ve been getting from them.all the different people i talk to can’t even read what is in front of them my file,and and they all have something different to add on. For one why didn’t they tell me I had to fax instead of screenshot.the first time I talked to them I don’t think they had any training,my number is an emergency phone number,and he still is blocked,to everyone I talk to has something different to say,first it’s my fault I didn’t call to remind them , I call on a daily so I’m not understanding do they mean by that.and than after my 15 days has been up once again it’s because I didn’t call the back office to say hey this is my 15 day,to well you have to fax not screenshot,everyday I talk to a new one it’s on file so all them days no one could tell me that that is my home phone I done justified that.and on a daily I have explained myself over and over.it is cutting into my time and I don’t appreciate it.I’m tired of having to call sometimes a couple times a day.I’m very pissed about the situation and I’d appreciate if you could solve the issue I hate to see how they do other customers.with the treatment I have received Jewell smith

Suggested solution:

Take the block off my phone and learn to read the file in front of them and pay attention to what is being said.and learn there protocol so they know what to tell the person calling.so they will know what to do are say instead of giving customers a run around .look the file over so they would have better answers, the right one for instance.I dont know about there work ethniques but what I’m seeing I’m not holding my breath.
