My complaint:
I have called up sears several times about I need my mower serviced because it was under guarantee and I can not start it to mow my grass.
So they kept me waiting on the telephone for 45 minutes switching me to another person and with no results. This has been going on for a month now and now I have only one solution is to write you. I had a case number from the start. Which is 6301710. So all my info is under that case. I mean you spend extra money for a 3year quarantine plus the price for the mower and then you call because you need this fixed and they do you dirt.
Suggested solution:
I either need them to pick up my mower and service it for me or replace it with a new one. In our lifes we have shopped with them and spent at least 30,000 dollars plus our parents all their lifes. when they were living. So please help me.
