I have had an issue with a device I bought a while back. It was sold with a faulty pixel. I tried to get it fixed but was told a factory reset would fix it but wipe all the data on it. I didn’t want to do that. I then forgot the password so it was assigned to a cupboard as support said the only fix was to wipe it. I found the copy so I rest the device but it still had the problem. Then they just ignored my emails. I Had got to the point where I had had enough. I chatted to support many times who agreed eventually to a discount on a new device after hours of discussion. I was told that they needed an order number to apply the discount.

I have given then them the new order number and still they just waste my time. It really is disgraceful their behaviour. This device still has the white spot on the screen just above the word faulty in this email.

The run around is more annoying than the problem for something that should have been sorted out straight away.

The last chat message that I gave them whilst they robbed me off again.

Hi I would like to resolve an outstanding issue. I did not have an order number to get the screen fix reduction price for a new model.

I am at my wits end with wasting time on them. I mean hours of time, compounded into days.

Suggested solution:

they should give me the device for free, the messing around they have given me. 20-30 emails, hours of chats to useless indivduals who where only interested in riddiculing me for wanting them to resolve their issue. All the posts on line say the same thing. rotten rude customer support who ignore faults in the devices. They agreed after much arguing to replace the screen, so I then asked if the discount (the screen replacement was £159....) could be applied to the device. I would have liked it for free, then, but would have accepted a good discount foer the lying that a rest would fix a dead pixel....but they just donrt stop. They agreed to do a discount but them said i needed a new order number. Then when i gave them the new order number they made any excuse they could for hours.. I despise them
