My complaint:
Having green line after system update, I went to service center in sunway pyramid to check. I was told I need to pay over 1,000.00 to repair. I argued saying this is samsung software failure and why I have to pay to repair.
They then discounted up to 840.00. Felt disappoined, icontinue to use the the phone but it got worst until it screen reached total black out. Now I have to choice but to repair it by sending it to Mid Valley (the garden). I submitted on Wednesday and was told can collect on Friday and they will call me. Unfortunately, received no call.
I WhatsApp their number but they are not responding on when I can collect my phone. I call their service center to lodge a complaint for 3 times (Sat, Mon Tue). Nothing they can do but just says they will escalate the matter to the team and will get them to call me. Despite 3 ticket raised, they still not responding on when I can collect my phone or what is the status of my phone.
After reading countless complaints towards samsung poor after sales service, I really regret buying samsung products.
Suggested solution:
I want to know when I can collect my phone. Why it takes so long to return my phone.
