Sams Club complaint: Nothing but aggravation

My complaint:

I applied for my Sam’s Club card and decided to go today to get my picture and membership. I drove 30 minutes to get there, stood in line for 5 minutes – only one member at desk – only to be told they do not have any membership cards – they ran out days ago. She gave me a temporary membership. I then wanted to get the pancake activity kits and of course you did not have them. I then went to get a Philly Pretzel Gift Certificate – – Ditto – you did not have.
I purchased some cashews for $13.00 and the transaction could not go through. At that time the Sam’s club worker came over after I noticed on screen that it scanned twice. She said she would correct it. She did not so it rang up double. She then got nasty with me and told me I should have told her. I then said – not only did I tell you once – I told you twice. Then we had to walk to customer service and she had the nerve to stop and talk with three other workers just standing around. Then as I got closer – they all turned around to look at me – I know they were talking about me. Then I had to meet her at customer service where they took off the money. All the workers just standing around should have been assisting customers, This was just a horrible experience and not sure I will go back. I have been a Costco member for ten years and never once have I had a problem. I would appreciate hearing from you.

Suggested solution:

First - have the Sams Club cards in stock. The customer service rep told me they ran out 4 days ago.
Have your workers listen to the Customer instead of giving them an attitude.
