My complaint:

First, I must say I never had an orientation. I was told to work with someone on the membership desk, that was a disaster, the person said she did not really know what she was doing the line was long for service and I was standing wanting to help but did not know how to assist.
By the second day, I was being disrespected by one of the COS with awful remarks talking loudly so others can hear. I was told that I only belong by the door. I was never talked too but was talked down. From being there I realized how many of the employees were very unhappy and was ready to leave due to the disrespect they were receiving from some of the team leads, I know Sam’s Club is a great place to shop, however, the Sam’s club in Pineville, Charlotte is the worse place to work. The employees are treated badly and are hoping for a better working condition.

Suggested solution:

I suggest that there be meetings weekly of likes and dislikes. Also, how to speak to each other with respect, knowing that none is better than the other. How to improve customer service, and the COS be held accountable for their actions. There should be no compromise. Please Check the turnaround rate with new and old hires.
