My complaint:
Home delivery of groceries, half of items missing despite receiving an email earlier in the day ing that all items are in stock , also this is the second time this has happened in two weeks , despite my earlier complaint and the fact that I am placing the order on behalf of my elderly parents who are currently confined to home due to COVID 19
Suggested solution:
They should have returned the following morning with the missing items instead of just giving a refund, especially as I complained 2 weeks earlier as they again failed to deliver some items despite me informing them that the order is for an elderly couple who are very vulnerable at this time during COVID 19
