My complaint:

Hi

I went to pick up my online order and one of the staff members made a rude remark.
I found this extremely inappropriate.

Few weeks ago I had several orders piling up and I collected large order from him.
I went to aside to check and sure what will fit who. Some things I had to return.

Because of this I went to pick up my order on Sunday afternoon around 1pm.

The same guy made a rude remark.
Oh you’re going to come back tomorrow to return a large pile

I felt extremely uncomfortable. I had my children with me.

The problem is I buy things for charity organizations. The ladies and children in need that suffered truma.

I do not want to speak to that employer. I know his name. But I’ll to respect his privacy as stated online.

Can you please ensure the employees mind their own business. Rather getting noisy or personal.

Suggested solution:

They should not judge a customer on whatever the customer purchases.

Regardless it's large amount of purchase or returning goods.

They also should know that if a customer has lot of purchases made, it could be for a good cause. A charity. They should not make their own judgements.

The staff should not make customer feel uncomfortable.

Get on with their job regardless large or small amount of purchases.
