My complaint:
Since September 2022 I have been unable to Log On to their webpage because they insist they have sent a 6-figure code to my email. They haven’t, and any attempt to change my password gets the same nil response. Now they say they don’t know me. Calling their Helpline only seems to end up in India, with an Operator as baffled as I am. All attempts to email them are now refused.
Suggested solution:
Get things back to where they were before this new Secirity level.
