My complaint:
I have been forced to cancel my childrens flights due to insufficient covid vaccinations and quarantine issues that cannot be overcome.
The so call zero fee flight change is a complete rip off and i feel that Ryanair are simply stealing my money.
Supposedly you are able to simply book another flight on the website but this feature has been disabled and you have to contact them.
Trying to phone them does not work and you simply get cut off and do not get a chance to speak to anyone.
I have queued up online and managed to get through to someone and this is where is goes down hill even further.
Looking at the prices of other flights regardless of the price even when much cheaper they still quote you an additional fee.
what you end up with is a much cheaper flight for an extra fee, it is a complete con. They are quoting completely different prices to what are available on the website and that you cannot see yourself.
I have kept both full transcripts of the conversations as proof.
This should not be allowed.
Suggested solution:
full refund. False and very misleading advertising.
