My complaint:

Hi, I would like to complain about your company for a slow flight of almost three hours, I know that a screw is not theirs on the French airline but you could let me email or on the phone to let me know but nobody has done any trouble. I’m sorry but the guilt is yours, so I want the compensation. We had to be a night shift with my girlfriend but we could not get to it.

Suggested solution:

My decision to compensate me for the delayed flight and for that you kept on the plane for almost three hours. Thanks for understanding I expect a positive response from you.
