RyanAir complaint: Rude behavior and unfair treatment

My complaint:

Greetings, I hold this reservation number YE2HPZ flight 6825 for me and my son today September the 3rd. I left Arona early this morning around 6 AM despite the fact that the ride to Malpensa is under one hour. After arriving at post 19 at Terminal 1 at around 08:00 with a long queue, I just waited for my turn only to be told by the counter that I was late for my flight and there has been an announcement. I have seen the Ryan Air agent roaming around asking passengers for some flights and helping them to check in, but that was not the case for my flight. to add pain to an insult, the employee was rude and did not even take the time as she was focusing to move on. despite the fact that I was explaining to her our situation, especially with the visa, she just did not care. I therefore request a full refund and an apology for such behavior.

Suggested solution:

An apology for the rude behavior from the employee and a full refund for the ticket as it was a pure lie from that employee
