Due to Covid problems, we decided not to take up our flights TLV-Milan and back between 2-26 September. On 13th August we requested a refundvoucher. On 15th September we received a generic, incomprehensible text with no specific relationship to our request. Today, 22nd September, in an online chat with their representative, I was told that I would have to go through the whole procedure again from the beginning.

Suggested solution:

Give us a refund (preferably) or voucher for unused tickets for me and my partner.
