My complaint:
Good morning
I am writing to request refunds or flight vouchers for three flights which I am unable to take due to Covid.
On Monday 20th July we are meant to be flying back from Bucharest to Edinburgh. Q5BJ7M.
We are unable to make this flight as our accommodation has been cancelled in Romania, as has our outbound flight.

On Thursday 23 July I am due to be flying with my children, Atticus Millar and Lara Newton, to Alicante from Edinburgh. Depart 16.55. R48T5P. FR5579.
I am unable to take this flight as my flight back from Spain has been cancelled as has the accommodation in Alicante. Please could I have a full refund.
On Tuesday 4 August. We are flying from Bordeaux to Edinburgh. SDPK4B. We are unable to make this flight, as our flight to Bordeaux has been cancelled.
Please could I have a full refund for all five tickets.

I do NOT want to change the flight as it costs more to change than to actually buy a new flight altogether, which is totally out of order of Ryan Air.
I would like a full refund for all three of these flights, like all the other airlines are offering, or indeed vouchers. If not, I will be taking this further. We have booked many flights this year through Ryan Air and the flights you have cancelled you have offered vouchers. I look forward to seeing them.
Please get back to me as soon as possible on this matter as I would rather not take legal action.
