My complaint:

Hello.
My name is Svetlana Peykov.
On 180223 a bought a ticket to the flight by Ryanair from Paphos Cyprus to Tel Aviv Israel for 120623, departure time at 07:10 ( Booking references: Z934NE). (Travel document is attached)
On 100323 I got an email from Ryanair, telling that the time of the flight is shifted forward to more 12 hours. The departure time from PFO will be at 19:50 and the flight will arrive to Tel Aviv at 20:55 (email is attached). I was offered a few options. One of them was to cancel my reservation and claim a full refund for my unused flight. It was written there, that I will receive the full refund within 24 hours after completing the refund process. ( I paid for the ticket USD 92.99.)
Since the new time of departure wasn’t suitable for me (I have to be in Tel Aviv in the morning.) I immediately filled in the form given by Ryanair for cancellation of the booking and bought a new ticket from another company for the morning flight to Tel Aviv.
On 13.03 I got from Ryanair an email offering me a voucher instead of the cancelled booking ( the email is attached).
I immediately responded that I don’t need a voucher and according to Ryanair’s regulations I am supposed to get the full refund for the cancelled booking.
It is March 24 today but I haven’t got the refund yet. I also haven’t got any more emails from Ryanair.
Thanks in advance.

Suggested solution:

You should ring your bank and recall the charge if u paid by credit card. This drives Ryanair insane ! best of luck
