My complaint:
My flight on FR8474 on 19th March 2020 from London Stansted to Poitiers was cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown.
On 19th March 2020 I ‘chatted’ with Ryanair agent Viktor S who told me he had requested my refund but it would take 28 days to process. I still haven’t received my refund. I do not believe that any action has been taken whatsoever to process my refund.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the refund that is due to me from over 3 months ago.
