My complaint:

I booked flights for 6 people Dec 31st 2019 so pre Covid and cannot fly due to my son having severe Asthma and also myself suffering from Asthma. This would be irresponsible during a pandemic. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service at Ryanair by phone and at times waited in a queue for 4 hours but not hot hold of anyone. Same by online chat until yesterday when the staff member was very rude and had no empathy threatening to cut me off the chat when I questioned her lack of customer service.

It is discrimination to want to charge people who have booked pre covid for changes or cancellations when at the same time offering new customers the chance to do either free of charge for flights booked in the same month.

I Was told by the chat agent “ if you don’t want to fly don’t turn up “ before being cut off. This airline are bandits

Suggested solution:

Refund my money or let me amend flights free of charge
