My complaint:

I was unable to check in for my flight online. I tried to do this during the day, but the attempts were unsuccessful. We arrived at the airport early, so we could check in online if possible. It lasted for a very long time and as a result we were late for boarding. Although we arrived 20 minutes before departure. At our request to influence this, as it was not our fault – the maximum the airline did – replaced the tickets with a surcharge of up to 600 pounds. I have a large family (my wife and 4 children). At the airport they told me that they would pay 50 euros for one suitcase, but I said that we paid much more for them. I was told that I had to fill out a form. But when I tried to fill out the above form, the program blocked me. I have contacted RyanAir several times regarding compensation for my damaged luggage. But only Bots answer me. Suggested solution:

Pay the full cost for damaged luggage It is 210 pounds for two suitcases. But at least partially return the difference for the flight, which for the first time did not take place completely due to their fault
