My complaint:

I witnessed the worst experience ever with Ryan Air, I tried 100 times to check in online for my flight and call the call center with no luck, then I want to the airport before the flight with 2 aand 3o hours to check in and they failed to check in, and before ending of the 2 hours with 10 min they told me to pay the 3 tickets and then refund and after fights they agree to give me the boarding pass,a camera photo on my mobile not printed or email, and when I went for the self check in I had a big trouble as its a camera photo on my mobile, and on the gate the same problem,, although I sent alot of emails to customer care and no reply.

Suggested solution:

I need a compensation for the inconvenience that happened to me and the fights I had in front of my son and my family, they refused to make me pass in all the gates
No flexibility from all the staff in Ryan Air, waiting till the last minute, wasted time and alot of tension and stress in my trip
No reply over my emails or from the call center.
Refuse to give me the boarding pass and have a photo on my phone with my camera which caused alot of troubles, I had the worst experience ever for me and my family in my vacation.
