My complaint:
I submitted a refund claim form for the above cancelled flights. I did it on 9 January 2021 and was advised the refund will be processed within 7 working days. I still however haven’t received a penny. I tried to contact an agent via live chat bit they were completely useless. Who’s the authority that regulates Ryanair practices and how can I formally complain to them?
