My complaint:
I deposited money to play on their site and I won $1500. On the 12/28/2023. Tried cashing out . They said , we don’t cash out to joint bank accounts, ok I went out got a bank account in my name only and they said they wanted a bank statement. For the last month. I said it’s a new account. Told me I have to wait tell I get a bank statement. Waited sent bank statement. They said still couldn’t do it I need to go Bitcoin withdrawal I needed a wallet . Did that still nothing from them
