I have paid a substantial amount of moey to play this game ,problems occured in last 3days game freezes at crucial times dont always get rewards you have won have contacted their supportteam several times do not get reply
Suggested solution:
By returning my latest purchase 24,000 coins for £69.99 and do something about the quality of their service
