My complaint:

Approximately the last week in March, the game AB Pop began to run very slow on my iPad. (It was working fine on my iPhone at that point). After a few days I decided to try turning my iPad off then back on; that didn’t work. I updated my iPad to the latest software; that didn’t work so I deleted the game from my device and reinstalled it (four different times now) and that didn’t help either. I have reached out to Rovio a total of six times with zero response. I have also chatted with an Apple advisor twice and was told they can’t do anything, that help has to come from Rovio since they are a 3rd party provider. On April 12th, the game on my iPhone updated to the latest levels and now it’s not working either. Same thing is happening on both devices; I get an error message that says, No Connection – You need a connection to download the latest levels, even though the latest levels just finished downloading.

Suggested solution:

Preferably, I would like them to respond to me like they should and assist me in getting my game working again. At one time they were excellent in response time and customer service.
