My complaint:
On 26th Nov I saw an advertisement on my GTA5 online loading screen about a sharkcard bonus of 150% if purchased it that day as black friday deal I purchased the Megalodon shark card and they promised 12 million as bonus. I never received the bonus after that and when I reached out to the support they said its 9 million and not 12 million bonus. I am stilling arguing with them to either give me a refund or provide me what was promised. No positive response from them yet.
Suggested solution:
Provide me what was promised on the advertisement 150% bonus which is 12million or refund my money back
