Rockstar Games complaint: Rockstar support do not answer my questions and I cannot seem to make a formal complaint

My complaint:

Hi,

To give you some background, Rockstar stopped support of Windows 7 for their game launcher at the end of January. They did let me and other customers know of this but I was not aware that this lack of support meant I simply could not play my games, even offline. I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V from Epic games a while ago and launch them through Epic Games Launcher. This, in turn, launches Rockstar Game Launcher for a secondary security check and then the game itself is launched. Now that my Operating System (Windows 7) is not supported I cannot play either title.

I tried to ask Rockstar support why the lack of support meant that I could no longer play the games or why they did not leave some sort of mechanism to Windows 7 users to at least allow them to play the offline/story modes of the games. I was simply told, Unfortunately, there’s nothing much we can do in this case. None of my questions were answered and all I received were cut and pasted generic responses that never addressed my concerns.

I then asked to make a formal complaint and despite numerous attempts to ask what their complaints procedure is I was simply told to leave feedback on a webpage. This page only allows a short message, is totally anonymous and they cannot guarantee a response. Not only that but I tried to use it several times and it does not work and results in the error ApolloError: Token expired or null.

So my complaint is two-fold and Rockstar seem unable to respond fully to either concern. One, why have Windows 7 users simply been left unable to play their games? Two, what is Rockstar’s formal complaints process (if they have one) and how do I make a complaint about the total lack of meaningful support?

Suggested solution:

Rockstar simply need to fully explain why the lack of Windows 7 support means that I cannot play my games at all, and, indeed, why they have left all W7 users without any mechanism to even play the games offline.

They should also explain to me what their complaints process is (which they have failed to do on numerous occasions) as I wish to complain about the woeful treatment, the misdirection and the lack of information from their support team that I have received.
